Cook your lobster, clams and corn on the cob in the oven in a large baking pan, 2 cups of water. If you don't have seaweed you can use aluminum foil crumpled up, to raise the lobster off the bottom of the pan.
Cooks in about 15 minutes
We usually allow 1 - 1 - 1 1/4 lb lobster, 1 lb steamers and 1 corn per person.
When the lobster turns red it is done.
If you have soft shelled & hard shelled lobsters, cook them in seperate pots. As the soft shelled cook a lot faster. About 10 min.
Serve with a salad and bread, melted salt free butter
